Let's dissect consumables simply

Fruit, vegetables, meat, grains, pulses, biscuits, bread, crisps, sweets, coffee, tea, alcohol and the list is endless

Many consumables have descriptive labels but many don't. Some have ingredients such as natural sugars, manufactured sugars and various minerals  :

  • Calcium
  • Chromium
  • Copper
  • Fluoride
  • Iodine
  • Calcium
  • Magnesium
  • Phosphorous
  • Selenium
  • Biotin
  • Folic Acid
  • Pantothenic Acid
  • Pyrodoxin
  • Nitrate Acid
  • Suphuric Acid
  • Thiamin
  • Vit A
  • Vit B12
  • Vit C
  • Vit E
  • Vit K
  • Riboflavin
  • Niacin
  • Folic Acid
  • Suphuric Acid
to mention just a few. Now many of the foods on the shelves these days have 'preservatives' in them to give them a longer shelf life! this is quite a scary area and can be the cause of quite a number of health issues as can the chemicals that are sprayed on some grains and pulses.

Going back years ago when I was young I can clearly remember my parents saying, as an example, "once you cook a piece of meat you must throw it out after the third day" or " pick a piece of fruit off a tree but always wash it first - I can understand this, but having been brought up with that in my head, what I can't understand is, how food nowadays, especially with meat in it, can have a shelf life of a fortnight or more - the only way this can happen is by putting something in to the food/drink to stop it from going off - what a great idea and a fantastic financial profit for the producers of these foods.

Perhaps a wee test for you -

  1. Go to your fridge and take a look at a label on a package of raw meat, you will probably find it says, if we take a chicken for example : chicken and water . . .
  2. Now go back to your fridge/freezer,  take out a ready meal and you will not be surprised to see there is not just 'the type of meat and water and the individual vegetables' mentioned on it, but there will be a list of  additional ingredients (tinned tomatoes  or just tomatoes for example) and within these additional ingredients there are bound to be other ingredients, which are more often than not,  not mentioned and then of course there are the 'preservatives' (meaning 2013 has to be a year of change for us all with the introduction of ways to help protect  ourselves, our friends and pets from the ever increasing illnesses such as the average cold to more severe health issues such as acid reflux, depression, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, skin issues and many others.
Our own systems are also made up of a variety of chemicals and sugars each of which can and often do have, a reaction to the chemicals we consume resulting in various health issues such as:

  • Skin issues
  • Acid Reflux
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stomach issues
  • Bowel issues
  • Migraines
  • Some cancers
to mention just a few.

Let's take another example, if we put cream in to a pan and heat it up too much what happens to the cream?

If we pinch a bit of cake that is just hot out of the oven - what can happen to our stomachs afterwards?

If we put off milk in to a cup of coffee what happens?

If we put a spot of vinegar on a beaten egg white what happens?

So, let's take a look at the meaning of 'coagulatesCause (a fluid) to change to a solid or semisolid state: and it is a similar process that can happen within our own systems which often result in a multitude of health issues. Or if we are ill due to some viral infection for example  (meaning - when our own chemical balance is upset due to the infection) then at these times certain additional consumables can have a coagulating effect on our systems resulting in further ill health.

So as a follow on to this, say you end up on some form of medication, these can also add more chemicals in to your system - some positive and some negative. Let's face it, how many of us actually read the ingredients on medication when it is prescribed by a Doctor or how many of us just assume that what ever he/she prescribes will be just fine for our issue/system - after all we are brought up to think they know best and often they do, in fact rarely do we question our Doctors never mind ask them if there is a similar medication that we could take? So, let's say we have taken their choice of medication which once again can potentially result in different consumables having a reaction on your own chemical balance -  O, dear and it continues?

However, what would you say if one day you suddenly realised you were able to tell what was good for you, your friends, your pet or your most favourite Safari Animal and what was not? or if you managed to find a cream that suited the skin issue straight away, instead of the often lengthy discovery and often with additional side effects in between. Or if you found someone that could help you with this or was able to guide and train you towards a healthier outcome and lifestyle for all - would you take it?  or would you just keep taking all the different drugs/medications with their relevant side effects until one of them worked sufficiently without  a negative reaction? or if the medication wasn't working would you have the confidence to ask your Doctor for options for similar medication that could work for the health issue in hand and then choose the right one yourself

We have been actively encouraging individuals to ask their Doctors and Vets more question and to learn how to listen to their own inner instincts for the benefit of themselves, their loved ones, pets and wild animals.

For the benefit of all, don't leave this opportunity or method as a last resort, many have done in the past and after a matter of days have said ' I wish I had come to you or learnt about this long before now'  what a difference. . thank you so much.

On behalf of all individuals and animals - please give them a 'natural chemical' chance of recovery not a 'forced chemical' chance of recovery.

"Let us concentrate on what is good for us as individuals and this in itself will save hours, days, months and years of ill health and irritation for many a person, animal or bird.

On behalf of many many animals - please give them a chance.

Each one of us is unique, just like each car has a different key - give them a chance to experience treatment that suits 'them' best
