As a thank you to all who have said thank you for the work we have carried out . .

We seem to have had a whole host of thank you's messaged to us this weekend, and for these we would like to say ' it has been our absolute pleasure to help, give or encourage you, your animals and loved ones to have a choice and a voice towards a healthier path in life'

Yet another Thank you . . .

"Just a wee note of thanks for the help you have given me with my horse 'Sammy' I can not believe the difference in him, he came to you for a few weeks in an attempt to solve a few of his problems - bucking and rearing, his hooves being picked up and being caught in a field were just a few of them, and in under two weeks all his problems were resolved and as an added extra you have taught him how to jump naturally and to have more  faith and trust in humans. I feel I also have more confidence in him which is terrific.

Since he has returned home he has not put a single hoof wrong, what a joy he is to have."

Thank you

"If you have a problem with your horse, or any animal for that matter, I would strongly recommend Nature's Physician, they use natural techniques and 50/50 communication for everything and it truly works"

14 day wonder for Sammy and owner, Sammy would dodge, buck and rear but turned in to being a total lamb

Sammy a 4 year old bought as broken and tested, a Welsh Cob standing at 15' who after a few days of being bought bucked and reared as soon as he was even half mounted as well as cavort around as soon as anyone stood close to his 'mounting side', refused to be caught and danced around when all 4 hooves were picked up which led to his owner losing his confidence with him. We are sure many people will have their own ideas as to why or how this horse was able to be backed on the day of viewing but at the end of the day this is not the reason why we have written this post. (Our apologies for the standard of photographs but we hadn't realised we had taken the wrong equipment so had to use an old phone)

' No I am staying with my friend'

We suggested that we tried to catch him in the field instead of his owner, this was acknowledged and off we went. It took about 15 minutes to catch him, using but of course 50/50 communication, where as before his owner could spend anything from 45 minutes to an hour trying to catch him and on the odd occasion giving up altogether!

His owner had worked on his front hooves and had managed to encourage him to lift them but his hind legs were a different kettle of fish - he would not stand at all and offered to cow kick in the process.

At the end of our first session with this horse we succeeded in asking him to lift his hind hooves and then encouraged his owner to do the same.

On this same session we tried to guide this horse to stand alongside his owner, but he refused, he would rather move away from him. However, after about 25 minutes of working with him, in his language, we succeeded in making him realise that, actually, it was okay to stand next to his owner, however the owner was anxious about mounting him, because of what had continually been happening on the days prior to our requested visit.

This horses option was for us to continue visiting him for another few sessions or for him to come to us for about  a  fortnight. His owner chose the latter. So, upon arranging to bring him to our field we suggested that we loaded him just in case he was or had ever been loaded in a 'dictatorial fashion' by someone else, which could potentially have triggered alarm bells in him and as a result of these it could have undone some of the work we had carried out with him along with the trust he had gained in us and the newly found trust that he had found in his owner.

The day after our 3rd visit we went to pick him up, played with him for a bit, and much to the surprise of his owner he did exactly what was asked of him which included loading in to the trailer, although this had to be done thoughtfully and in a comforting and reassuring way (to this horse's way of thinking and not as the human dictated.)

He coped with this slow but comforting work beautifully, almost as if it was a relief for him not to be potentially pulled, hauled or hurdled!

Driving carefully and thoughtfully, with gentle gear changes and braking and the occasional "you're okay Sammy being shouted out the window by a voice he had learnt to trust, he coped with the journey very well.

Arriving on site, he heard other horses whinnying and naturally he answered back. With horsey vocals coming from all sides the Trailer was parked in a suitable position for him to be taken off in a slow and considerate manner, although perhaps not fast enough for him, but again, with having someone he trusted who wasn't showing any signs of being flustered, at his side, he listened beautifully. As we released him in to his luscious new abode he only wanted to know who and where these equine vocal conversations were coming from, so up went his tail and he was off, looking back every so often as if to say, "is it okay for me to do this and I'm sure I smell a lady!".

The different smells, the new horiszons and the body language of the others kept him totally occupied, so we watched him and the other horses for about an hour until they all  seemed settled.

We left him to settle for a few hours, although going up to check him from behind a tree every so often and then decided to give him the rest of the evening off until about 9pm.

It's always fascinating to watch how other horses and animals react to newbies on the block.

We went up to his field to see how he would react when we went up to him but no, he was having nothing to do with us at all, at least until he saw the other horses getting their usual attention and it was at this point his nose got the better of him. We encouraged the other horses closer (from his side of the field) and as the old saying goes 'curiosity killed the cat'  in other words he decided to investigate.

At this point it was over to Judi. She sat down in the field totally still with the other horses at the other side but directly  in front of her and sure enough he came up to about 6 feet away and with the others grazing he grazed as well. Judi reversed up slowly whilst he was grazing and managed to gently and slowly stretch out an arm to under his chest, she scratched it at which point he twisted his head down and his muzzle started to say ' mmm that's quite nice actually' she stopped short and his whole head started to turn towards her as if to say, more please. It was at this stage that Sammy's new 'positive chapter in his book of life started.

We all tend to interact with the horses here, on their level and often in their time, we don't just go in to the field to tack them up to take them out and then put them back in the field again, we spend some of their time doing their things at the same time as they do them, this in return makes them  want to do the things we are doing in our time and at our pace.

By the end of the morning Sammy realised that actually it was okay to have a person come up and walk away and that he wasn't going to be grabbed to get his halter on. He was  rewarded for every positive step he took and even started to ask for more. But this reward wasn't food, or a carrot,  or indeed a polo it was 100% horse language, (in this case Sammy Language ) no two horses are the same you see!

Giving him half an hour on the ground regularly throughout his first day he seemed to realise that going up to a human on his own accord got him results, results that would make him stay with you and not just, as often many people do it, stay with you till your bag of carrots or the treats in your pockets are finished. With this/his natural technique used he was encouraged to allow someone to stand along side him, albeit on the non traditional side for mounting, but this was a huge step, because he would not entertain this before especially without  a halter and lead rope on.

As you can see from this photo, Sammy's ears are forward alert but the most important thing is that his front legs are in line equally with the human standing next to him and there's none of this 'I'm off', or "I'm going to block you so that I can get what is in your pocket" it's 50/50 communication all round, the way it should be with all animals.

For him to get to where he got to within the first 24 hours showed us that he was keen, but more importantly happy, to ask or answer the questions or requests asked of him if asked in 'his language'.

Using this same language, his particular language, we totally succeeded within 8 days to ask Sammy to stand still to be mounted, to not buck and rear as soon as his rider mounted, to lift all four legs, to reverse gently when asked and to jump, to stand beautifully for a 'gentle blacksmith'. It took a further 6 days to encourage his rider to listen to Sammy's needs and to ride considerately, to listen and watch how to ask Sammy to do something and to reward him in a way that Sammy could accept. This also instilled confidence in each other, a trust that is unique and extremely special but absolutely imperative between any animal and human if both are to live happily in sharing their life and thoughts together.

There is nothing more pleasing for us than to see that true bond between an animal and human, no matter the specie and to know that, in this case this young horse had realised that, actually, being connected to humans does not mean that either bribery and corruption can be played with or indeed that fear need to come in to the equation. But instead life can be fun, positive fun, equal fun for both rider, owner and horse.

As Sammy's owner said ' I can not believe the transformation in my horse' he arrived like a bucking bronco and came home like a lamb all within two weeks, thank you so much".

With having achieved what was asked of us, with the added bonus of him learning how to jump, it was time for him to go back home. So this meant another trip in a trailer.

It's always sad to see one of our Clients going back home, not just for us but for the horses they meet while they are here.We specified that in view of the work we had carried out here as well as the positive response we got from him that, in this instance we would transport him ourselves so that we would know that his loading, his journey and return home would go smoothly and this it did.

Well done to both Sammy and his owner. We wish you both  a happy life together.

His owner phoned a couple of days ago and said ' I would not have believed what has been achieved here had I not seen it with my own eyes. I rode him out today for about 2 hours, without a single problem. Thank you so, so much"

Sammy you are on our file for ever now, well done you did extremely well.

Broken hearted animals - yet hope for one Rhino and a donkey

Many of you will know our thoughts on animals feelings and the things that can improve their lives, both physically, emotionally and psychologically. Numerous times in the past and present people have often said " we don't believe what we are seeing" all these animals get on so well together, dogs and cats, sheep and horses, pigs and geese, rabbits, dogs and cats together, sheep and geese how do you manage it" Not only do these pairings, often natural pairings of the "animals own choice" help boost their self esteem but successfully manage to over come the loneliness that many endure.

Our methods of communicating with animals have on numerous occasions paired totally different animals up together, but sensitively of course, for the total betterment of each. This is such a humbling experience, a tear jerking experience. These partnerships between animals or the bond that is formed between them is like gold dust, an extremely important part to an animals Social ability and need.

Coming across this news bulletin today was a tonic, not only because it shows the public that it is possible, given correct understanding of each animals body language but to go a stage further is that there is actually a zoo out there in Georgia's capital who do not allow the animals to be lonely -  if zoos have to exist, then if only other zoos could take this on board for some of their animals.  However, it is totally understood that each Zoo would have to have some form of Animal communicator to understand each animals need . .  and any new introductions would have to be carried out sensitively.

Well done and a huge congratulations to the organiser for making this rhino and donkey happier.

As a follow on to this someone posted this today, it's a cat and a dolphin or perhaps we should say 'dolphins'   . . . enjoy

Thank you for allowing each and every one their own voice and choice.

Welcome to one of our photo collages. . .

Transforming an animals negative behaviour to positive is what we live for

It's always such a joy for us to see a smile on both the animal and his or her owners face instead of fear, anxiety or confusion and miss-understanding.

We have had the absolute pleasure of working with more horses and dogs this week.

Where there was once confusion and anxiety with both the animals and his or her owners there is now understanding, a true bond and a 50/50 communication level found.

Without the above then neither animal or human will understand what is being asked of them or indeed will know how to ask to get the correct request.

Often we are asked to help with animals and humans or to fix a problem that either have. Our answer is always ' yes, we can fix the problem but it is, at the end of the day important for the owner to know how to fix the problem as well. So, although we initiate a 50/50 communication level between the two it is imperative that once we have discovered how the animals communicates that the owner goes through the same process, stage by stage, minute by minute or second by second. Without understanding what each muscle movement means then there will never be an equal beginning and will result in either the human domineering the animal or the animal domineering the human . . this 75/25 understanding does not result in either a healthy, happy or contented relationship.

We wrote a poem a few years ago with some children we were working with, it is a lovely poem and one that hopefully you will enjoy reading again in the hope you can help all the animals you know or troubled individuals to start to live a happy life -

Enjoy

"Locked in"

This poem relates to many humans with communication issues from individuals suffering from a long term illness, Dementia, Alzheimer's or a temporary health issue due to, as an example - an operation. It also rings true for other individuals suffering from Dyslexia, Friedreich's ataxia, Autism, Asperger's and A.D.H.D. as a few examples.

With reference to animals it relates to those with behavioural issues or for those who have been scared/scarred by events in their past.
If we could all soak the words up from this poem - like a water to a sponge - many individuals would be much more content with their 'lot' in life - Please give everyone a chance - there is good in each and every one of us - encourage it to come out naturally.
How some humans and animals feel
(before)

"I am captured in the carousel of time,
I don't understand the world around me
I feel so locked in
it's as if they think I can not see,
but I see more than her or him.
I just don't know how to communicate
with the world around me
I am captured in the carousel of time.

I over react because I am misunderstood
My world is filled with anger and frustration.
I so wish to show the world that I can be good,
But the world doesn't seem to want a connection,
I am fed up of rejection.

So few people give me the time of day
Maybe one in a hundred understand me
but the others push me out the way.
How long is it going to take to make them see
I just need to be guided in the right way.
I need time and the right key to unlock me.

(after)

At long last I have found someone (some people)
who can turn my key,
I feel free of the demon
when I am with them
For the first time -
I can breathe, I feel free.

I have a chance to smile when I am with them
I have found what makes me happy,
For the first time ever I feel as I am in heaven,
I have laughed and smiled all day
And the devil inside my has run away.

(for the rest of the world)

Please, come and share this happy day with me
And let me show you what turns my key.
I so want to stop serving the devil inside me
But I need the world to show me the way.

I don't ask for much,
Just a little time, understanding
care and attention,
I am fed up of rejection.

There's a lot of good inside me,
But how long is it going to take
For the rest of the world to understand me.
I am tired, I am weary and I need a break.
The demon inside controls me
I want to break free for ever,
but I need the world to help me,
So please, watch and listen
and that will help me "

On behalf of all troubled individuals, thank you for reading this post and if you are having any trouble with your animals please, give them a chance, or let us help you to help them, every animal wants to please, but if they haven't been given this chance then they will keep rebelling.

Links to most of the Elephant facebook pages

In view of there being so many elephant facebook pages, and guaranteed when you are trying to remember which one you were looking for with a specific post, guaranteed you can probably not find it,  so, with this in mind we have decided to create a post dedicated to all the elephant facebook pages, at least the ones that we know of.

If we come across any more we will add them, or if you know of any that are not here, perhaps you would like to add them.

So to conclude this post :

If you are passionate about 1. The health, general well being and the future of all Elephants, 2. The importance of all Elephants being released from Captivity or 3. Against the cruel killings of elephants for their tusks 4.Support the release of elephants who have been cruelly abused like Sunder and would like to keep up to date by joining the Abused elephant Sunder's Fan Club for example or 6 do not believe that young elephants who are found by their Dead Mothers sides and then hijacked, kept in barns for months on end while their spirits are broken till they are trained often in an unnatural and cruel way to become street beggars or 7 Do not believe that Elephants should be trained, again in a cruel way, to be used for rides or circus's, please could you help to support our elephants by linking to some or all of the below mentioned facebook pages.

On behalf of all elephants who need our support and to be given the chance of a lifetime that Nature created for them and not the life that 'Greed' has created for them, thank you all for looking at this post.

The only thing we would ask is that you are considerate towards each Countries beliefs /  Religions and that any comments you make will not, potentially, make the life of an elephant worse than it is already. We all need to be thoughtful towards the best way forward and to consider ways of making those abusers more passionate about the animals under their hands. There is always a way, just sometimes we need to look at things from a different angle.

These have NOT been put in any order so please do not take offence if you discover your Group part way down.  . . thank you.

Save all Elephants

We advocate for one elephant and for the whole species, especially with the rampant slaughter in Africa due to poaching. Scotland for Elephants

A group of people in Scotland dedicated to raising awareness about the ivory trade and the fate of elephants across Africa.

DescriptionIt is said that elephants could be extinct by 2025, but the figures change and it could be even sooner than that. With long pregnancies and mating starting in their early twenties, the species don't stand a chance if the killing continues at this rate. While the governments acknowledge the crisis, the elephants still need 'ordinary' people who are determined to raise awareness about the ivory trade and what it does to elephants and humans likewise. This is where we step in.

The Sparkling Elephant

Description
On a flight from TZ to South Africa's famous INDABA trade show Marlies Gabriel shared an aisle and a conversation with a high-volume safari-booking agent from the U.S. When they got to talking about elephants, one of Marlies’ passions, she asked his estimation of what will happen to tourism when the elephants disappear. He was emphatic in his response, “Tourism will cease to exist as we know it.”

Later, when disembarking in SA, Marlies caught sight of the Amarula elephant and an idea was hatched; The Sparkling Elephant Project was born.
Upon returning home, Marlies contacted a local artist and friend, Remy Chama. He and his assistant Ema built a life-sized elephant from welded re-bars and chicken wire and named it Mwalimu. The name sprung from the idea that the elephant should spread the word and teach people about the ills of poaching.

When finished, Mwalimu was carted from Momella to the Karibu Fair in Kisongo where he was an instant hit. Hundreds of people stopped by to see what Mwalimu was all about and to help cover him in shanga (glass beads) threaded on wire. Altogether, people strung 2,000 beads on the elephant.

Welcome to the group Elephant Warrior. Elephants need our support. They are slaughtered for their ivory. They are tormented in zoos , circuses and as working elephants.
Elephants are very social animals and need to be with others. They are intelligent and very sensitive. In circus and zoos elephants suffer terrible distress. There is no place for social interactions. Many are chained for the majority of their life. A lifetime in chains, beaten and suffering from diseases.

A hand to give

A hand to give is a social educational project
Alongside assisting with some children's educational needs, we also work very hard on educating tourists when it comes the the plight of India's elephants. In our hearts we have fallen smitten for dear Laxmi atwww.wildlifesos.org, and as a result we systematically promote her welfare and do what we can to help SOS.

Ele Friends

"Elephants and other animals were not put on this earth to provide us with entertainment. Let's work together and put an end to companies such as Ringling Bros and Have Trunk Will Travel, that continue to exploit these creatures for profit."

"Captive elephants who have lived in zoos or circuses for years, sometimes their entire lives, will not and cannot be returned to the wild. That is why we advocate for zoos, most particularly the Oregon Zoo, to send Packy to sanctuary as a first step to reitiring all of the elephants, and then closing the elephant exhibit, as more than 22 zoos around the country and the world have already done."

Friends of Woodland Park Zoo Elephants

"Friends of Woodland Park Zoo Elephants is committed to the retirement of Bamboo and Chai to sanctuary. #RIPWatoto"

The Big Rumble

Zoos are once again raiding the wild for elephants to put on display. Elephants are not thriving in U.S. zoos, where they are dying faster than they can be bred. The practice of capturing and importing wild-caught elephants is archaic and inhumane, and it flies in the face of all we know about elephants' intelligence, intricate social fabric, sensitivity and self-awareness.

Please remember these guidelines are there to ensure that the focus remains on the plight of the elephants and is not digressed.

We now have 27,900 viewers to this site, how wonderful is that .  . thank you one and all.
May we all continue to promote good health and mental well being for all living creatures.

Bacteria eating combo virus being sprayed on meats, cheeses and organic foods . .

Natural News has recently posted an article on Bacteria eating combo virus being sprayed on meats, cheeses and organic foods  .

Sadly it was just a matter of time before this came to the surface . . . the majority of us eat what we are given or what looks beautiful on the shelves - no matter what is in it.

If you know the things we cover many of you will know our feelings on foods and our own individual chemical balances, so we will not harp. In brief:

We are all made up of individual chemical balances - but each is different, and each food reacts differently with each chemical balance.

From the amount of diet sheets we have been asked to do for our Clients each diet sheet has been different and many health issues resolved.

If we can all learn to listen to our basic instincts (just as many animals do -we must not forget that we, as humans are part of the animals race) and not be ruled by what we see or greed then each and every one of us would know what to eat, how to cook it and what foods can be mixed together or indeed served together without it having a reaction on our individual systems or health then it would not be long till we stopped buying the things that are placed on the shelves by the powers that be and the food that WE WANT replacing the things we automatically buy at the moment.

At the end of the day, if things are not moving off the shelves super stores and shops take them off and replace them with something else which is beautifully packaged therefore tempting for us to buy, but the things that would be replaced would be the things WE WANT not what THEY WANT US TO EAT. It's down to the people on the ground to do this not those at the top of the food chain/market - exactly the same goes with medicines and pharmaceutical companies.

We all need to start standing our ground more and to have the confidence to say to our Doctors ' are there any alternative things we could try first' or ' actually Doctor, I don't want to try this medication I would prefer to try this alternative first.

If you would like to know more about what we do, please feel free to contact us EMAIL .

Let's all start to make this a healthier world for us all  (including our animals) to live in.

Thank you.

All or nothing - a sad but common experience

All or nothing - we wonder how you imagine this statement.

How many people have you heard say "it's all or nothing"  in your lifetime? perhaps it was an animal you had seen across a fence, and you were thinking about the amount of times it is shown care and attention. Or perhaps it was yourself thinking "for months on end there has been nothing on then all of a sudden in one weekend you receive numerous invites" . Or perhaps it was someone who hadn't been well but would often say " I haven't seen any one for days then all of a sudden every one comes in one day and all at the same time - I'm exhausted"  Or perhaps it was an elderly person who might not have seen any one for a day or two then every one pops in on the same day and again at the same time.  Or perhaps you know of someone who has a carer going in at set times of the day and visitors arrive at the same time, but they already knew that the carers go in at  the same time daily, but half way through with the sudden commotion  the person they are visiting  nods off - out of exhaustion from trying to keep up with all the conversations. Or perhaps you've seen an elephant chained up for hours at a time then all of a sudden it's in the centre of a circus for half an hour with thousands of screaming humans, but  then the poor elephant is chained up for the next 23.5 hours of the day.

Or perhaps  a zoo animal - being deafened by sounds that are unnatural to them but they have to cope with it, yet it is at dark time that they are only able to listen to their sounds of nature that should be enjoyed in daylight hours . .  is it fair, is it equal. Would we like to be stared at all day?

Let's put ourselves in their shoes - let's think what they might be thinking, could it be . . .

  • On the elephant front - "wish I could be in a wide open pasture, free to roam where I want for the 23.5 hours that I am not having to work - I wouldn't be chained, I wouldn't be beaten if I took a few steps in the wrong direction,  if nature had wanted us to be stationary animals we wouldn't have been born with legs or a body fit to cope with walking many km's  a day" or could it be, " if I was born to be a ballerina then I would not have the size of body I have. My kind, were created by Nature to be in a natural environment and free to roam".
  • On the Human Socialising front " I must try and balance my socialising out a bit, it's not fair on the kids! or perhaps " I'm just not fit enough to cope with as much socialising in one weekend - I must try and balance it out equally"
  • For an  individual who perhaps doesn't keep very  well " I so want to listen to them all but my ears can't cope any more, I so wish people would spread their visits out a bit so that I had a visitor every day instead of ten in one day, or perhaps if they could come when the carers aren't in, then it wouldn't make my day so long and empty, or perhaps I am so delighted to see everyone but I can't cope with hearing everyone at the one time but  I just put up with it, but it would be so much nicer if they came individually instead of en mass then I could speak to them on a one to one basis and have a wee nap inbetween.
These are just a few examples but there are millions more.

This topic relates very much to the weighing scales on the picture on Nature's Physician's facebook page -

Let's all try and make every individual's day as  healthy, safe, balanced and as  fair as possible and consider, for a second, what we would feel if we were in their shoes.

Today facebook, emails and attachments fill the majority of people's days but remember there are many who have none of these or who are unable to work a computer, remember the old fashioned way of knocking on your neighbours door to say " coooeee, any one in" let's all re-activate this face to face or door to door method of saying 'hello, how are you today?" there are many doors which never open on a daily basis, there are many people out there who don't experience the sun on their faces, there are many people out there who's walls are shrinking in on them, why not take some of the outside world in to their inside world, or take them from their inside world to the outside world and watch their faces light up with joy.

Thank you one and all for reading this post.

Why not come over and see what the topic of today is on our facebook page . There's health, elephant, horse, animal and many other topics and quotes.
