Sadly it was just a matter of time before this came to the surface . . . the majority of us eat what we are given or what looks beautiful on the shelves - no matter what is in it.
If you know the things we cover many of you will know our feelings on foods and our own individual chemical balances, so we will not harp. In brief:
We are all made up of individual chemical balances - but each is different, and each food reacts differently with each chemical balance.
From the amount of diet sheets we have been asked to do for our Clients each diet sheet has been different and many health issues resolved.
If we can all learn to listen to our basic instincts (just as many animals do -we must not forget that we, as humans are part of the animals race) and not be ruled by what we see or greed then each and every one of us would know what to eat, how to cook it and what foods can be mixed together or indeed served together without it having a reaction on our individual systems or health then it would not be long till we stopped buying the things that are placed on the shelves by the powers that be and the food that WE WANT replacing the things we automatically buy at the moment.
At the end of the day, if things are not moving off the shelves super stores and shops take them off and replace them with something else which is beautifully packaged therefore tempting for us to buy, but the things that would be replaced would be the things WE WANT not what THEY WANT US TO EAT. It's down to the people on the ground to do this not those at the top of the food chain/market - exactly the same goes with medicines and pharmaceutical companies.
We all need to start standing our ground more and to have the confidence to say to our Doctors ' are there any alternative things we could try first' or ' actually Doctor, I don't want to try this medication I would prefer to try this alternative first.
If you would like to know more about what we do, please feel free to contact us EMAIL .
Let's all start to make this a healthier world for us all (including our animals) to live in.
